REACH Crisis Services, formerly a program of the YWCA NH, is in the process of developing into our own free standing 501(c)3 non-profit organization. REACH is seeking an experienced Grants and Finance Manager. REACH Crisis Services provides support services to survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence and stalking in the Greater Manchester area.

Key Responsibilities:

The Finance and Grants Manager will play a pivotal role in managing the financial health and grant-related processes of REACH Crisis Services. We are seeking a detail-oriented Grants Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, grants management and compliance for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

· Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

· Manage financial audits and coordinate with external auditors.

· Provide financial insights and analysis to aid strategic decision-making.

· Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing donors and funding bodies.

· Ensure timely and accurate reporting to donors as per grant agreements.

· Collaborate with program teams to align financial reporting with programmatic benchmarks.

· Contribute to strategic planning with the leadership team to ensure financial practices align with organizational goals.

· Participate in leadership meetings to provide financial perspectives on organizational strategies.

· Foster an environment of transparency and accountability within financial operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial management and grants administration, preferably in a nonprofit setting.
• Strong understanding of nonprofit financial compliance and grant funding mechanisms.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with financial software and accounting systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
