RESPONSIBILITIES

  • New Business Development: Identity, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities across various industries. Utilize market research, industry trends, and networking to generate leads and establish a robust sales pipeline.
  • Revenue Generation: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. Leverage existing relationships and establish new partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, industry influencers, and partners to create collaborative business opportunities.
  • Solution Selling: Understand the unique challenges and pain points faced by target businesses. Articulate the value proposition of Reach Partners' managed services and tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of each Client.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in target industries. Conduct regular analysis to identify new market opportunities and potential areas for growth.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and service delivery, to develop comprehensive and integrated business development strategies. Coordinate efforts to ensure seamless client onboarding and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Industry Representation: Serve as a brand ambassador for Reach Partners at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Actively participate in professional associations and community forums to enhance the company's reputation and promote business growth.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales activities, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics. Analyze data to identify areas of improvement and implement effective strategies to optimize business development efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
  • Strong network of IT professionals capable of procuring IT managed services for their businesses.
  • Proven track record of generating new business in the IT managed services space and achieving revenue targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong knowledge of managed services and their application within the target industries.
  • Exceptional networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective business development plans.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
