JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Junior Analyst you will be responsible for working with our Transformation Associates to perform research, gather and interpret data, create and analyze models, prepare client documentation, and support the Transformation Associate’s Client Delivery engagements. You will support the Transformation Associate to ensure all sprint ceremonies are carried on in an appropriate and effective manner. The role is to support the Transformation Associates in client delivery - building decks, assisting with research, coordinating deadlines and anticipating client needs. Ultimately, we’ll trust you to help us remain on point with our coordination and facilitation of client delivery project plans, roadmaps, sprint plans, and deliverables. You may also be called upon time and again to step in and assist in fulfilling other Firm objectives as needed.

WORK/EDUCATION EXPERIENCE
0-2 years’ progressive work experience in consulting, technology, or similar work environment with extensive knowledge of analysis techniques preferred
CSM or A-CSM Certification Preferred
1 years’ experience working under pressure and tight timelines, and thriving
1-2 years’ experience working and successful data analysis experience
Strong leadership and proven supervisory skills
BA /BS Degree Business-related field, Psychology, or Human Resources
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Drive project and deliverable timelines to be delivered on-time, on-budget, and as expected
Ability to support large and small teams through requirements planning, prioritization, implementation, review, and retrospective
Strong passion for relationship building and people management
Communicate effectively with the CEO and COO, and work cross-functionally with others, including the Client Delivery Teams, Accounting, Firm Clients, Firm Vendors, etc.
Excellent written, oral, and communication skills
Good judgment while operating with a sense of urgency
Strong ability to problem-solve, and operate independently
Ability to operate within Google Office, Microsoft Office 360, and other virtual tools as needed, and maintain the ability to work remote with the access required to do soREACH
