Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. The Behavior Technician will work with individuals, particularly children, with developmental disabilities to implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Duties:

- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA
- Conduct direct 1:1 therapy sessions with clients
- Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Collaborate with the BCBA to develop and modify care plans
- Support clients in improving social, communication, and behavioral skills

Qualifications: 40 Hour RBT Training Certification/RBT Certification

- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles
- Familiarity with medical records and terminology
- Proficient in data collection and analysis
- Ability to manage challenging behaviors effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with clients and their families

Nice-to-Have Skills: -40 Hour RBT Training Certificate

- Previous experience working with children
- Understanding of behavior management strategies
- Knowledge of behavioral health practices

Pay: Is commensurate with education and credential qualifications. A $1k signing bonus is included with this offer.
