Job Description – Operations Lead
Read Write Learning Center is seeking a capable Operations Lead who is passionate about empowering struggling readers and ready to make a difference in the lives of our students. The Operations Lead will ensure that day to day operations of our branch office run smoothly. They will coordinate student schedules, instructor schedules, office space, and materials to ensure we can provide life changing academic language therapy to as many students as possible! In addition to operations duties, the Operations Lead will also work as an instructor in our program and implement our Orton-Gillingham based academic language therapy curriculums.
Job Duties:
- On board new students.
- Maintain materials for students and instructors.
- Create master schedule and maintain daily schedule, including coordinating substitutes, and schedule make up sessions.
- Maintain tidy, welcoming, and professional office space.
- Create & implement systems and procedures for our branch to make it the best run small business in town!
Ideal Candidate:
- Passionate about helping kids.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong technology skills: Microsoft Excel/Word, Asana, email, and various other software.
- Reliable & hard working.
- Handles stress & change well.
- Solutions oriented.
- Ability to build strong rapport with co-workers.
Compensation: $25/hour range
30 hours/week
