Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and fun & dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in nurturing and educating young children. You will create a safe and stimulating environment where children can learn and grow. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Provide a variety of learning experiences to promote cognitive, social, and physical development
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Teach basic literacy, numeracy, and social skills
- Monitor and assess each child's progress
- Collaborate with parents to support their child's development
- Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Experience working with toddlers and preschool-aged children
- Ability to effectively manage behavior and create a positive learning environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in curriculum development and lesson planning
- Knowledge of special education practices is a plus
- Familiarity with childcare regulations and child welfare standards
