Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of our office.

Duties:

- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist in the intake process as well as assistance with group notes
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Supervise clerical staff and provide guidance as needed
- Oversee office management duties including maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Experience:

- Proven experience in office administration or related field
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial management tasks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Experience in training development and team management
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and vendor management
- Previous experience in supervising clerical staff is a plus
- Excellent schedule management skills
