Lead Exterior Cleaning Technicians will travel to various service addresses to wash and/or clean exterior surfaces of houses & buildings, exterior windows, sidewalks, driveways, pool decks, patios, roofs, etc. for residential homes, neighborhood associations, and property management companies. Similar tasks may be performed at commercial client locations such as restaurants, office parks, retail centers, etc. Lead Exterior Cleaning Technicians will be cross trained and sometimes asked to perform other services in our services offering portfolio. Lead Exterior Cleaning Technicians will be asked to assist with the onboarding and training of new technicians.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs and stand majority of the day
• NOT afraid of heights or working on ladders (absolute must)
• Effective communication skills (you will be interacting with clients)
• Professional appearance and personality
• Must pass background and motor vehicle check
• Competent communication skills

Nice to Have

• Exterior cleaning experience
• Basic customer service skills
• Mechanical knowledge

Job Responsibilities

• Perform service in a variety of service categories
• Communicate details about projects with clients
• Upsell specific services while onsite performing services
• Perform routine maintenance on vehicle and equipment
• Clean and restock company vehicle
• Perform other duties as requested
• Assist in training new technicians
• Manage multi tech crews at times

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
