Job DescriptionWe are building a social media team and we want you to be a part of it! This is a Full-Time role at our Scottsdale location with some flexibility for remote work. We want your creativity and energy at our new studio, focused on fun, relatable, video content for ecommerce.
About the Job:We want your participation as a voice of the brand. The ideal candidate has complete social media savvy and a thorough understanding of ecommerce. You will be collaborating with internal product promoters, customers, partners and people of interest to create and promote engaging and brand-relevant content. Your expertise in video production for social medial campaigns, quarterly initiatives, and affiliate marketing efforts is a must. You will guide projects through pre-production, production, and post-production phases, while facilitating smooth navigation of production processes.

Responsibilities:
- Connect the brand and potential target audience across various social networking platforms.
- Developing and implementing innovative social media strategies.
- Creating and writing relevant content for social media posts.
- Publishing content as per the social media schedule.
- Work in collaboration with the Content Strategist and Product Marketers.
- Devise insights reports after gathering insights and feedback from social media sites.
- Adhering to ethics and branding guidelines before publishing on social media.
- Tracking records of the followers and maintaining a list of the same.
- Propagating genuine and authentic information with high enthusiasm.
- Staying up to date with the latest trends across all the social media networks.
- Plan, execute, edit, and publish video content
- Take an active role in creative ideation and develop on-brief and on-brand creative ideas for video projects and campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Work experience as a Social Media Influencers or a similar role in the Marketing field.
- Demonstrate phenomenal understanding and knowledge of social media networking platforms.
- Ability to build relationships via social media platforms.
- Excellent proficiency in Social Media Management tools such as Zoho, Buffer, Hootsuite, and others.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
- Outstanding analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem solving and networking skills.
- Strong work ethics.
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Good time management abilities.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Expertise in post-production software like Adobe Premiere, and proficiencies with many of the Adobe Creative tools like After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, and Media Encoder.
- Proficiency with Sony Mirrorless DSLR cameras and an understanding of cinematic and studio lighting.
- A familiarity with video sets and team member roles.
- An excellent understanding of marketing strategy, flywheel marketing, and how video plays into lead nurture.
- A solid understanding of paid media, specifically when it comes to video content.
- Must have a basic understanding of Ecommerce platforms; like Shopify, WooCommerce, or NetSuite.
- HubSpot Certification or HubSpot experience is a plus; but is not required.
