ReadyWork is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist in Parlier, CA the heart of our financial operations. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments, and supporting financial activities.
Duties:
- Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain vendor relationships and address inquiries.
- Perform data entry tasks related to invoices and payments.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
- Assist in payroll management and tax-related activities.
- Utilize accounting software for financial record-keeping.
- Support in double-entry bookkeeping tasks.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the finance department.
Experience:
- Proficiency in accounting software is required.
- Knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping principles is preferred.
- Familiarity with human resources processes is a plus.
- Experience in clerical roles related to accounts payable is advantageous.
- Understanding of tax regulations and payroll management is beneficial.
- Strong data entry skills are essential for this role.
- Knowledge of GAAP standards is highly valued.
- Previous experience in public accounting is a bonus.
- Exposure to Workday software is a plus.
