Role Description

This is a full-time on-site direct placement role as a Maintenance Supervisor through ReadyWork Inc. located in Santa Maria, CA. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day maintenance activities, including equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting. The Maintenance Supervisor will also be responsible for maintenance and repair tasks and supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Supervisory skills and experience
• Expertise in equipment maintenance
• Able to read mechanical and electrical drawings and schematics
• Proficiency in preventive maintenance
• Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must keep detailed notes/revisions of projects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience of industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment required
• Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., equipment maintenance certifications)
