• **What you’ll start out doing? **
• Learn our safety and quality procedures.
• Build a variety of skills related to processing and melting aluminum scrap, then transferring molten aluminum into molds.
• What to expect:
• This is a heavy industry environment with high safety and quality standards.
• You start training on day shift working 8 hr. shifts, M-F. Then transition to 12 hr. shifts, then to night shift on our 2-2-3 rotating schedule. This gives you a 3-day weekend off, every other week.
