COMPENSATION; $22-25/hr. based upon experience

THE PROPERTY SUPPORT ASSISTANT POSITION:
Aria Apartments are looking to hire a full-time Property Support Assistant to assist our team with administrative duties.

PROPERTY SUPPORT ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Walk and inspect property weekly with Maintenance Manager to maintain community appearance and ensure repairs are noted and completed
• Complete move out inspections
• Complete move out charges
• Complete collection on past due accounts
• Update current and future tenants in the master
• Manage a parking/garage list
• Performs other related duties as required or assigned

PROPERTY SUPPORT ASSISTANT QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience with office management/office administration type responsibilities.
• Ability to work full-time/Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. This position may require occasional Saturday's.
• Attention to details
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Prior experience with Entrata preferred
• Prior apartment/housing experience preferred
