Role Overview: Our amazing, long-term Marketing Manager is making a move of her own and we are now in the market for a new addition to our team! We are looking for a Marketing Manager with excellent communication and technology skills, experience in creating content, understanding brand strategy, and the ability to create marketing pieces of all types, in-house.

Main tasks and responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute overall branded social content and channel strategy, creating and implementing content calendars.
• Create and manage social content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business, and company websites.
• Act as community manager of all brand social media platforms. This includes content creation/curation and moderation of all engagements, including regular monitoring of accounts and representing the brand with appropriate responses.
• Promote agency open houses, team events, awards, press, and real estate listings. 
• Create promotional flyers, postcards, newsletters, and content for promotion.
• Develop digital ad campaigns and monitor campaign budgets and results.
• Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
• Oversee and manage all contests and giveaways, and assist with event planning.
• Assist with the client care experience including responding to customer or vendor inquiries and communications, helping with follow-up items, coordinating meetings, and occasional data management.

Required Skills:

• Design experience crafting social media assets using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or other similar photo and video creation apps and programs.
• Content creation, including social media graphics, flyers, digital and printed newsletters, and direct mail campaigns.
• Copywriting skills.
• Proficiency with Facebook Business Suite.
• Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Social media marketing expertise.
• Experience with Mailchimp or similar email marketing tools.

Bonus Skills:

• Familiarity with the Triangle real estate market or the real estate industry.
• An active North Carolina real estate license.
• Experience working in the Triangle Multiple Listing Service.
• Familiarity with WordPress.
