Real Estate One is Hiring an Agent Services Coordinator/Administrative Assistant Near Rapids, MI

We are looking for an enthusiastic administrative assistant who will be demonstrative of our core values of ExCITE -- Excellence, Caring, Integrity, Teamwork and Empowerment while providing superior service and support to our customers both external and internal. We need someone with a total "can-do" attitude, plus the willingness and initiative to be active in building the success of our real estate sales associates, and assisting in the smooth running of office operations.

DUTIES
- Perform administrative tasks: greet visitors, answer phones, respond to emails, communications, general office operations, basic facility needs/upkeep, etc.
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic files through proficiency in company platforms: zipForm, DocuSign, Profit Power, etc.
- Data entry to support agent and company listing/transaction procedures
- Maintain necessary documentation required for broker file compliance
- Assist with special projects and individual requests as assigned

MARKETING SUPPORT
- Create flyers, postcards, and other marketing materials using company technology platforms, as well as Marq (formerly Lucidpress) or Canva
- Direct social media engagement through postings on Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- Coordinate mailers: generate mail lists, mail merge, production, and postage processes

SKILLS
- Proficient in using office equipment: multi-line phones, printers, copiers and scanners
- Computer/technology savvy (Windows and Office - Mac experience a plus)
- Digital marketing / social media know how
- Creativity and general marketing experience
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills
- Professional and polished; strong verbal communication skills and an excellent listener
- Comfortable with both a team environment and self-direction
- Flexible thinker and problem solver
- Exceptional customer service and support skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
