Real Property Management is looking for an experienced

Maintenance Handyman that can work in the Palmdale / Lancaster / Rosamond area supporting the

needs of our single family homes and apartments under management.

Maintenance staff must have :

• Able to speak fluent English Spanish would be a plus
• A working knowledge of all aspects of maintenance, repair and service
• Must have own tools for general repairs (cordless drill,

typical tools, etc)

• The ability to troubleshoot problems and take appropriate action
• Superior customer service skills and a great attention to detail

plumbing, electrical ,drywall, texturing, painting and appliance repair and

installation and general carpentry.

A valid drivers license, own transportation (truck), insurance, clean driving

record

Ability to work additional on-call hours and be available for after hours

emergencies

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO) -

Perform timely "Make Ready" repairs (electrical, HVAC, plumbing,

carpentry, etc.)

• Perform many small plumbing related jobs
• Be able to patch, texture and paint holes in walls to

match so it can’t be seen

• Paint units for turnover
• Fix / repair / install lawn sprinklers, timers, etc.
• Troubleshoot & repair electrical issues
• Complete work required for maintenance and service within company standards.
• Report all unit deficiencies and or risk management safety issues
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace and ensure they are in proper

working order.

Perform other duties as assigned or as necessary
