Flatrock River Lodge is seeking a PT registered dietician. This position works with the food service supervisor to make available three well-planned meals a day, seven days a week that provide a balanced distribution of the daily nutritional requirements. The registered dietician approves the menu or substitutions, or both, for all meals.

The registered dietician consults and advises the nursing home food service supervisor to assure there is an organized food service department directed by a supervisor competent in food service management and knowledgeable in state and local sanitation and safe food handling including 410 IAC 7-24 , food preparation, and meal service. They monitor daily dietary requirements and requests, with consideration of food allergies, reasonable religious, ethnic, and personal preferences, all modified diets, and that food is served at a safe and appropriate temperature.
