Real Staffing is Hiring a Clinical Supplies Specialist Near King of Prussia, PA

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of clinical trial materials.
- Collaborate with clinical operations, procurement, manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory teams to align supply chain activities with clinical trial timelines and requirements.
- Manage inventory levels of clinical trial materials, including forecasting demand, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating replenishments.
- Oversee the sourcing and procurement of clinical trial materials, including negotiating contracts with suppliers and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
- Coordinate the production and packaging of clinical trial materials, ensuring adherence to - Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant guidelines.
- Plan and manage the distribution and logistics of clinical trial materials, including coordinating shipments, managing cold chain logistics, and ensuring timely delivery to clinical sites.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supply chain activities, including inventory levels, shipment tracking, and supplier performance.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to the supply chain, including potential disruptions, shortages, and quality issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in clinical supply chain management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification (e.g., APICS, CSCP) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and regulations, including GMP and GCP.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Excel).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in managing data and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
