- The operator follows the written methods and sequence of operations in performing various machine operation, auxiliary equipment or assembly tasks.
- Operate equipment/machinery.
- Monitor the machinery.
- Document results in strict adhere to protocols.
- Trouble shoots problem jobs.
- Completion of High School or equivalent required
- Must have strong mechanical and aptitude skills.
- Component Engineering: knowledge of plastic components and the ability to select components to meet the requirements.
- Computer software: experience in the use of PC-based software such as word processing, spreadsheet, and project planning.
- Statistical Process Controls: understanding of the use of tools for continuous improvement such as: control charts and other graphical tools, design of experiments, and reliability.
- Experience in plastic molding injections in a MUST!!
