As the Program Manager, you will manage high-value projects and support our e-commerce team. This hybrid position requires employees to work in the office on Mondays and Wednesdays, providing the opportunity for both remote and in-person collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Oversee the execution of these plans to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management. Facilitate communication, provide regular updates, and manage expectations.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and implement solutions to ensure project continuity and success.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment. Provide guidance, support, and feedback to team members.
Scrum and Sprint collaboration: Lead project-level team standup meetings, work with Project Managers to facilitate department scrum and sprint planning and manage one or more project meeting cadences for various projects concurrently.
Cross-department planning: Work with Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure ongoing alignment of website, cart, and software calendars and that work is scheduled and prioritized accordingly.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on project progress, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess performance and drive accountability.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years project or program management experience in B2C or B2B software, high-volume websites, or e-commerce industries.
Proven record of accomplishment managing complex software or web projects from inception to completion.
Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project).
