Job Title: Engagement Manager/Director with Retail Background

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engagement Manager/Director with a strong background in the retail industry. The individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic engagement initiatives to drive customer loyalty, increase sales, and improve overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the retail landscape, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing engagement programs.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop and implement strategic engagement plans to drive customer loyalty and increase sales
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute engagement initiatives and campaigns
• Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Lead and mentor a team of engagement specialists to achieve department goals
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of engagement programs and make recommendations for improvement
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer engagement to drive innovation and growth

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in customer engagement, marketing, or related field, preferably in the retail industry
• Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful engagement programs
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
