Job Title: Lab Support AdministratorJob Summary:The Lab Support Administrator will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to laboratory staff in various research and development projects. This role will involve maintaining laboratory equipment, ensuring proper functioning of instruments, and troubleshooting technical issues as they arise. The Lab Support Administrator will also be responsible for coordinating with vendors for equipment repairs and new purchases, as well as managing inventory and supplies within the laboratory.Responsibilities and Duties:1. Provide technical support and assistance to laboratory staff2. Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper functioning of instruments3. Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions4. Coordinate with vendors for equipment repairs and new purchases5. Manage inventory and supplies within the laboratory6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols7. Train laboratory staff on proper usage of equipment8. Document procedures and protocols for future reference9. Perform regular maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment10. Assist in the setup and organization of experiments and testing proceduresQualifications and Skills:1. Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Biology, Chemistry, Engineering)2. 2-3 years of experience in a laboratory setting3. Strong technical skills and knowledge of laboratory equipment4.
