Job Summary :

We are searching for a skilled PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the implementation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of PeopleSoft applications.

This role requires a combination of technical expertise and functional knowledge to effectively support our PeopleSoft system.

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop customizations, configurations, and integrations within the PeopleSoft environment.
• Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing for PeopleSoft applications.
• Stay current on PeopleSoft technology updates and best practices to recommend and implement system enhancements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful PeopleSoft implementation and integration projects.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in PeopleSoft Techno-Functional role.
• Strong technical skills in PeopleTools, SQR, SQL, and Application Designer.
• Experience with PeopleSoft modules such as HR, Payroll, Finance, and Supply Chain Management.
• Ability to analyze business processes and recommend solutions in PeopleSoft.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
