Job Title: Trade Support Analyst
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Trade Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Trade Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support to traders, monitoring trading systems, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during trading hours. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Provide technical support to traders using trading systems.
2. Monitor trading systems for any anomalies or issues.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve any trading system issues in a timely manner.
4. Collaborate with traders and IT teams to identify and implement system improvements.
5. Maintain documentation of system configurations and procedures.
6. Monitor trade executions and ensure compliance with regulations.
7. Assist in the testing of new trading systems and software upgrades.
8. Provide training and support to new traders on trading systems.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in finance, business, computer science, or related field.
2. 2 years of experience in a trading support role.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Knowledge of trading systems and financial markets.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
7. Attention to detail and accuracy.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
