We have an immediate opening for the important role of Project Manager for The Yakima Washington area. This position is for Project Management, that does require construction experience.

Job Description:

This position is responsible for the direct supervision of the overall completion of multiple projects, while managing the day to day progression of each home during the building process.

The building process includes but is not limited to:

• Quality control of our standard building process
• Instruction to trades of our set standards
• Material delivery tracking
• Inventory and quality control to each site
• Project Managers are required to have direct, daily communication with scheduling coordinators, trades partners, governing agencies and most importantly our Customers. Our Project Managers, must be able to create an essential partnership with each customer as well as your team through excellent communication and management of each job

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to read blueprints
• Ability to manage and schedule directly with trades, supplier, etc.
• Ability to manage a safe job site
• Ability to professionally communicate with city officials, inspectors, trade partners, and customers.
• Ability to perform physical tasks common to carpentry (lifting, kneeling, bending, crawling, standing, climbing, repetitive motion, use of hand tools, etc.)
• Possess a valid State Driver's License with a good driving history
• Ability to use an electronic device for communication, and to submit forms and documents.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to trouble shoot and problem solve in a high-volume situation.
• Assist the warranty Manager with required warranty services as needed per the building process.
