Responsibilities

  • Assist with organizing all resident activities
  • Assist Assistant Manager and General Manager with business related tasks
  • Coordinate all meetings and use of rooms.
  • Keep calendar of activities for the community.
  • Post meeting notices on electronic message boards & bulletin board.
  • Welcomes all visitors, clients, etc. by professionally and pleasantly greeting them at the main door (covid-19 update: take temperatures while directing them where to go).
  • Check and respond to all emails, answer phone, return calls in a timely manner.
  • Opens, processes, and distributes all incoming mail daily.
  • Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.) with the concierge desk
  • Plus other work related tasks as needed

Pay and Benefits:

$18.00 - $22.00 hour based on education and experience
