Realogy is Hiring an Auction House Relationship Manager Near New York, NY

The Auction House Relationship Manager will provide logistical and administrative support to all points of contact, programs, initiative and strategies relative to the relationship between Sotheby’s International Realty, Sotheby’s Concierge Auctions and Sotheby’s.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact to facilitate amongst internal employees and real estate agents to support client referrals between Sotheby’s, Sotheby’s International Realty and Sotheby’s Concierge Auctions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders at all three entities to facilitate referral opportunities.
- Track, manage and report on our real estate and consignment referrals.
- Develop, enhance and execute training programs on the referral process to build awareness and generate new business opportunities.
- Assist in annual strategy and execution of special events sponsored by either Sotheby’s International Realty or Sotheby’s Concierge Auctions, providing on-site support to the Events departments.
- Plan and coordinate “Valuation Days” when Sotheby’s auction house leverages Sotheby’s International Realty office locations for pop up client events and appointments.
- During high-traffic time periods, provide client relations support at the Realty desk situated at 1334 York Avenue, directly interacting with clients of Sotheby’s auction house.
- Upon request, host tours of Sotheby’s New York galleries for members of the Sotheby’s International Realty and Sotheby’s Concierge Auctions based outside of New York City.
Requirements:
- Auction house, high level gallery, luxury real estate or luxury retail experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
- Has a global approach and understands the mindset to affluent customers. Understands luxury segment and customers.
- Superior communication skills (written & verbal). Creativity and experience bringing new ideas and programs to fruition.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities while exceeding customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently, exercising discretion and judgment combined with extraordinary attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills – the ability to own and drive project schedule from start to finish, including managing peers and individuals senior to you.
- High level of efficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel) and Zoom.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
