The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS sales and a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges within the youth sports industry.Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the entire sales process: identify potential clients, nurture leads, conduct product demos, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of Realplay’s product features, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the youth sports community, including coaches, league administrators, and sports complex managers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted strategies that enhance product visibility and sales effectiveness.
• Regularly provide feedback to the product development team on client needs and market trends to aid in continuous product improvement.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions within the CRM system.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in SaaS sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledgeable about youth sports, particularly baseball and softball, with an understanding of the industry’s dynamics and challenges.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively demonstrate software products.
• Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Self-motivated, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
