What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated passion for managing client relationships, with a focus on benefit plan design, campaign implementation, issue resolution, and ensuring client satisfaction to drive business growth.
• Comfortable collaborating with brokers to deliver exceptional service to clients.
• Motivated to promote and train clients on our WellNet 4.0 system.
• Proven experience in implementing cost-saving and behavior change campaigns for clients.
• Ability to effectively monitor and manage client satisfaction through reviews, renewals, and retention efforts.
• Enthusiasm for providing onsite services to clients, including technology training, member engagement, and enrollment meetings.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with the Implementation Team in ensuring accurate documentation and contracts.
• Experience in partnering with RN Health Coaches to fulfill wellness service requests.
• Proficiency in assisting with the development of marketing materials and client communications.

You'll Stand Out If You

• Have 5 years of industry-related experience serving executive-level management.
• Possess professionalism, accountability, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excel at organization, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
• Have strong research and business case-building abilities.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and CRM systems.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
