RealREPP is Hiring a Property Manager (Commerical Real Estate only) Near Palo Alto, CA

Here at RealREPP, we are partnering with a laid back boutique property management firm in Palo Alto (been in business over 50 years) for a Property Manager who can managed their office and retail spaces across the Palo Alto area. (Around 250K sqft of Class-A office.. all walking distance from their HQ office)
This position would be working directly with the Director of Property/ Operations (who I placed earlier this year and is amazing!) plus side by side the other PM and have the Facilities Manager and Accountant behind this person as well.
Compensation
  • $110,000 – 135,000 (all base salary)
  • Medical insurance (80% covered by employer)
  • 15 PTO/ Sick
  • Paid city parking for Palo Alto
