We are seeking an enthusiastic intern to support our team in various tasks, including administrative duties, marketing efforts, and client communications. RealtaSnap is a cutting-edge real estate media company specializing in high-quality photography, videography, aerial drone footage, and Matterport 3D tours. Our mission is to provide real estate agents and property owners with stunning visuals that help sell properties faster and for higher prices. As we expand, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team and assist in getting things up and running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with scheduling and coordinating photo and video shoots.
• Communicate with clients to confirm appointments and gather necessary information.
• Help manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry and file management.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for marketing strategies and business development.

Qualifications:

• Prefer currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
• Interest in photography, videography, and/or real estate is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for on-site support.
• Availability to work in our Williamsburg, Brooklyn office.

Compensation:

• This is initially an unpaid internship position. However, we are committed to providing a valuable learning experience and professional development opportunities.
• We do provide a stipend for lunch and will cover your transportation. 
• As RealtaSnap grows and becomes profitable, we plan to transition this role into a paid position. At that time, we will discuss and agree upon a competitive salary.
