Electronics Application Engineer - $90k

My client is seeking an Electronic Applications Engineer, who will be able to achieve all of the above and more with them. They are a leading provider of real-time simulation solutions and renewable energy systems.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with electronic power converters, digital controls, and embedded systems.
• Self-starter and persistent attitude who can work as part of a team.
• Excellent communicator both written and verbal.
• U.S. Citizen.
• HIL Specialist Certification 2.0 - if you are not certified, you must be willing to become certified before an application is submitted on your behalf.

Responsibilities:

• Support customer projects from pre-sales to commissioning on grid modernization, microgrids, power electronics, and shipboard power systems.
• Design, build, test, and maintain HIL Testbeds and components.
• Develop application notes and documentation for C-HIL simulation platform.
• Develop and test automation test scripts.
• Collaborate with teams.
• Review and write technical papers and application notes for customers.
• Account management and customer support.
