Customer Service Representative
RealTime Solutions is currently seeking to add an independent, dependable and self-motivated team member to our Customer Service Department. This position involves formatting and manipulating incoming data files, process internal purchase transactions, communication with foodservice operators to increase knowledge about our services, tools and programs and process various leads. Applicants should be well versed in building customer service relationships with clients both in very brief and in-depth interactions.
Monday - Friday, standard business hours. No nights or weekends required.
