The Marketing / Investor Coordinator (the Coordinator ) will serve as the lead administrative point person to the firm’s investor community and provide the firm and investors with administrative support.

Additionally, the Coordinator will assist in developing marketing collateral for investors and prospects and provide analytical and organizational support as needed to include light administrative tasks for the office.

Marketing Support Role the coordinator will support the firm’s marketing strategies which include writing and editing company materials, including investment packages, investor letters, PowerPoint presentations, website content, brochures, newsletters and other materials.

• Among the specific duties;
• Update and distribute marketing materials.
• Investment Packages : Draft and edit investment packages. Work with real estate team to gather information for investment packages, get info from internet as needed, distribute packages for review
• Emails : Prepare and send out emails as directed (email offerings, investor events, investor calls, general correspondence).
• Data analysis : Mine and access available data to prepare relevant reports.
• Press releases : Draft press releases, distribute for review and send out to selected media outlets .
• Social Media : Maintain and promote the firm’s social media presence.
• Advertisements : create advertisements for publications as requested.
• Events : Coordination of investor and other firm events.
• PowerPoint Presentations : create, edit and update presentations as requested.

Investor Support Role

the coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the firm’s record keeping system, including proficiency with the firm’s third-party investment management system (Juniper Square) and maintaining its relationship and fulfilling requirements for financial custodians.

The coordinator will also be responsible for supporting the execution of Investment Project launches.

• Among the specific duties;
• Manage the fundraising process including project launches and accurately track commitments and collection of funds through the Juniper Square portal.
• Respond, verify and complete requests for Assignments of Interest.
• Manage self-directed IRA custodian relationships, including the onboarding and off-boarding of assets as well as providing required monthly or annual reporting information,
• Track status and timelines of Project Updates.

Qualifications

Excellent communication, analytical and follow-up skills are also required.

• 1 years (or equivalent) of experience in a real estate or related business field.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher).
• Ability to work independently and on a team.
• Licensed Texas Notary or acceptance to become a Notary at company expense.

Compensation

A performance-based compensation plan will be commiserate with experience and will include base salary and bonus components, along with full benefits.
