Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless experience throughout their real estate journey.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and the agency, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates.
2. Account Management:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring all transactions are processed smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor client accounts for compliance with agency policies and industry regulations.
3. Sales Support:
- Assist clients in identifying suitable properties based on their requirements and budget.
- Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate property showings, negotiations, and closing processes.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and account status.
- Generate reports on account performance and client feedback to identify areas for improvement.
5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments, including marketing and legal, to ensure a cohesive approach to client service.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software platforms.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations is a plus.
