This Position Is 100% Commission-Based. This Is Not A Salaried Role.

The Sales Manager located in Atlanta, GA, US is in charge of being the trusty counterpart of our Designated Broker of the Realty ONE Group Atlanta offices. Compensation for this role is 100% performance-based. Preferred qualities include a friendly and outgoing attitude, eagerness, the ability to communicate effectively and with an amicable expression, being able to collaborate effectively as part of a team, being flexible and willing to help others, displaying professional etiquette, and keeping a positive and poised demeanor.

Furthermore, the Sales Manager must be able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously with a friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Additionally, the Sales Manager should demonstrate a high level of moral integrity and demonstrate proficiency in leading by using strategic thought and solving/analyzing problems.

A Georgia real estate license is mandatory.

Compensation:

$148,500 - $167,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Primary Functions

  • Attend manager meetings, sales meetings, and any required office/corporate functions/events
  • Assist and interact with sales consultants and facilitate their needs (including help in taking listings and writing offers)
  • Assist sales consultants with listing and offering presentations
  • Achieve specified monthly sales goals, ensure the team is trained and developed in the transactions of residential real estate
  • Assist Broker with training, teach office classes, and assess the needs of what type of training is needed
  • Conduct new sales executives onboarding interviews and office orientation
  • Consistent Follow-up system (CRM) with sales execs/recruits. Organize and enter sales execs/recruit information into CRM/tools to develop relationships, manage pipeline, and track overall progress
  • Assist in scheduling training classes/sales meetings for the office
  • Help develop systems/contests/classes designed to increase production from all sales executives
  • Facilitate (create agenda) weekly training
  • Assist with out-of-office functions, parties, meetings, events, etc.
  • Contact, interview, and hire potentially seasoned (co-op agents) and New recruits
  • Maintain a consistent follow-up system (CRM) for existing agents/recruits
  • Set interview/hire goals per week/month/year between Sales Manager and Broker
  • Attend recruiting presentations as deemed by the Broker (if applicable)
  • Assist the Broker with any recruiting functions
  • Maximize the company’s profitability
  • Understands, displays, and embraces the company’s “coolture”
Qualifications:

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the real estate industry
  • Must be a licensed REALTOR in Georgia
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Ability to foster strong customer and vendor relationships, Strong presentation and facilitation skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desired:

  • Some college coursework
  • Previous working experience as a Managing Broker is preferred, but not required

Language Skills

  • Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in the English language
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Other language skills are helpful but not required

Reasoning Abilities

  • Strong organization skills with attention to detail
  • Willingness to “roll up the sleeves” and do what it takes to get the job done
  • Works well on a team and collaborates with others
  • Finger dexterity to operate standard office equipment including telephones, calculators, copiers, and facsimile equipment
  • Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner
  • Ability to effectively manage tasks with minimal supervision
  • Must be diligent and persistent in follow-up and completion
  • Capable of multi-tasking and meeting tight deadlines
  • Able to function in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows/Mac operating system-experience
  • Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to type at a net rate of 35 wpm using a computer keyboard
  • Ability to lead by example and treat all subordinates professionally
  • Above proficiency in all duties of an Escrow Officer
  • Exhibit strong management skills, including personnel, marketing, office policies, procedures, rules, and full knowledge of regulatory agencies governing the company
