Realty ONE Group Ethos is Hiring a Real Estate Agent Near Westmont, IL

Looking for agents to be empowered by a fast growing, technology and agent focused brokerage. You need to be licensed to sell real estate in the state of Illinois.

There’s no reason that, into 2023, agents should have to pay as much as they do for the advanced tools and technology that a traditional brokerage can offer. We have an Agent-centric commission model, combined with innovative technology and hands on mentoring to help agents build their business and provide better service to their customers.

New and experienced agents welcome as we have advanced training programs to help grow business at any level.

Responsibilities:

  • List and sell residential or commercial real estate
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
  • Host open houses and other events
  • Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
  • Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
  • Verify and disclose property facts to clients

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $1.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 1 – 40 per week
