Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Branch Manager. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the real estate office, including managing attracting and hiring agents, oversee operations, and assist with sales training and mentoring. You will provide leadership and support to our ONEderful real estate professionals, ensure smooth operations, built a vibrant and inviting office culture, and drive business growth.
Qualifications
- AZ licensed real estate broker with minium 3 years experience
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the local real estate industry and local market trends
- Experience in sales or real estate agent management
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in using real estate software and tools
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field (preferred)
