General Description:
The Property Manager provides a range of customer management services to tenants of Realty Pros properties from first entry and lease development, site inspections, and tenant certifications, and lease expiration close-out. This position interacts on a daily basis with the property case managers, accountant, maintenance technicians, and company owner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Required knowledge, skills, abilities
Minimum 5 years property/tenant management experience or equivalent direct customer management experience
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Ability to effectively solve problems through use of analytical skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office, Buildium or similar property management programs
Good written and verbal communication skills

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is regularly required to drive, stand, walk, climb stairs, sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.
Hours of Work: M-F: 9-12pm and 1-4pm (Mandatory Lunch break from 12-1pm); Emergencies only: After hours and or week-ends may be required from time to time.
Salary: Starting $19 per hour
