ReArch Company has immediate opportunities for skilled Carpenters at job sites in and around Lebanon, NH, Putney, VT and the Burlington, VT area. In this role, Carpenters will report to ReArch's Director of Field Operations and work under the supervision of site Superintendents. Depending on their experience and the specific project, Carpenters will be involved in various tasks, including wood framing, metal framing, installation of residential or commercial doors and hardware, windows, trim, cabinets, specialties, temporary enclosures, and other construction-related activities. ReArch Carpenters prioritize safety by using tools safely and efficiently, maintaining equipment in good working order, and adhering to ReArch's rigorous safety standards. 

The typical compensation range for this position is $22-35/hour, commensurate with experience. Additional compensation and benefits include a discretionary annual bonus; employer 401K contributions; generous paid time off; and health, dental, vision, short/long term disability, life, and AD&D insurance.Qualifications

The preferred candidate for this position should possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Vocational or technical training in carpentry or a related field is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have experience in rough carpentry, casework, millwork, gypsum wallboard (GWB) installation, wall patching and painting, doors, frames, hardware, and a solid understanding of general construction practices. Proficiency in using both power tools and hand tools, along with a strong commitment to safety procedures and guidelines, is essential. This role is physically demanding, involving continuous standing, kneeling, bending, and heavy lifting.
