Clinical Lead Position Overview: Team Leader is responsible for the management and quality assurance of all clinical services of the program, including the training and supervision clinical staff. Minimum Qualifications LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or related Licensure. Management and or supervisory experience in mental health care field. Clinical compliance, evaluation, solid organizational skills, and values-based leadership. Demonstrated knowledge of current federal and state employment laws and healthcare standards. Must have a car and valid license Job Type: Full-time/Perm Salary: $80,000 to 85,000 plus 5k sign on bonus Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Generous paid time off Vision insurance Company paid life insurance, short term and long term disability
