Clinical Lead Position Overview: Team Leader is responsible for the management and quality assurance of all clinical services of the program, including the training and supervision clinical staff. Minimum Qualifications LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or related Licensure. Management and or supervisory experience in mental health care field. Clinical compliance, evaluation, solid organizational skills, and values-based leadership. Demonstrated knowledge of current federal and state employment laws and healthcare standards.
