ReBath of Dayton and Cincinnati is Hiring a Customer Administrative Specialist Near Dayton, OH

Job description

Growing bathroom remodeling company is seeking an individual to be responsible for taking care of all past and current customers up to 40 hours a week.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for all inbound and outbound calls including scheduling appointments from warm leads.

Assist in answering phone calls that pertain to all customer needs.

Communicate with past customers.

Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Re-Bath franchise including in show room coverage, sales, marketing, office administration and customer service.

Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Achieve company objectives in lead generation, lead conversion, customer service, and production.

Attend local trade shows, home events, and additional lead generating opportunities as requested.

Qualifications:

Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language of the company trade area.

Attention to detail, highly organized, and strong work ethics.

High school diploma is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
