Job Summary:
The Customer Service / Production Liaison is responsible for leading the customer service team, managing client interactions, and supporting production tasks. This role involves resolving escalated issues, ensuring client satisfaction, and improving service processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor the customer service team.
Manage team schedules and conduct performance reviews.
Develop strategies to enhance team productivity.
Customer Interaction:
Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain high client satisfaction by providing accurate information and solutions.
Performance Monitoring:
Track and report on team performance metrics.
Identify and address areas for improvement.
Process Improvement:
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes.
Lead initiatives to enhance client experiences.
Production Support:
Manage portrait session folders, sales logs, and payment verification.
Coordinate with clients and vendors for approvals and orders.
Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues.
Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma/GED required.
Experience:
5 years of experience in customer service with at least 2 yrs of management experience
Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in customer service software (e.g., Accuity, Active Campaign, Gmail).
Detail-oriented with strong numerical and organizational skills.
Personal Attributes:
Professional, adaptable, and proactive.
High level of integrity and accountability.
Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $20.00 - $21.00/hour.
