Position Summary: As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in our team, providing leadership and ensuring the efficient operation of our store. You will assist customers, oversee store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and staff supervision.
• Take ownership of the store during the Store Manager's absence.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints effectively.
• Train and assist customer service associates in using transactional equipment and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Adhere to company policies, including Loss Prevention and safety protocols.
• Maintain and operate food service equipment and ensure the store’s cleanliness inside and out.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of supervisory experience in a retail setting.
• Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English and basic arithmetic proficiency.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders and working in varying indoor and outdoor temperatures.
