We are looking for a delivery program manager in to utilize project management fundamentals to define and manage deployments of Rebellion products to customer production environments. This cross-functional coordination will primarily be customer facing and focused on paving the way for the Rebellion technical team to complete all necessary production go-live tasks as efficiently as possible. The objective of this role is to remove all obstacles and minimize risk in achieving the goal of each customer going live as quickly as possible once the contract is signed. This includes completing all project requirements related to regulatory approval (ATO), environmental assessment and integration needs. You will be the primary contact during these deployment go-live projects and responsible for generating the maximum amount of value while ensuring a smooth transition to post go-live teams (support and success; adoption, retention, expansion).

This position is based out of our DC office.

**We look for a track record of the following:**

* Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines and allocating resources

* Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them

* Identifying and managing potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects

* Assisting in the definition of project scope and goals

* Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project

* Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy

* Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals

* Motivating people involved in the project to complete tasks on time,

* Understanding of the Project Management Institute (PMI) framework.

Due to the projects connected to this specific position, an active TS/SCI clearance is required.
