Reckner is Hiring a Part Time Client Assistant, Host Near Chalfont, PA
Reckner is a marketing research company. We provide innovative research services to a broad range of clients including custom consulting companies, manufacturers, and international market research companies. We conduct testing of products and services with consumers to gain their opinions.
The Client Service role provides services and support for our clients and respondents. This includes set up for consumer research tests, working directly with respondents and clients during test execution, and break-down/clean-up of testing space.

Schedule:
Fluctuating schedule (morning/afternoon/evening as needed)
0-28 hours per week depending on client's needs, hours are not guaranteed
Schedules are determined in 1 -2 weeks in advance
Hours can include early morning, afternoon and evening shifts
Monday - Friday, no weekends
Responsibilities:
· Set up consumer research tests
· Work directly with respondents and clients during test execution
· Break-down/clean-up of testing space
· Manage the needs of clients
· Greet respondents and clients upon arrival
· Audio/visual recording of the research sessions
· Administrative duties: answering phones, making copies/scanning and uploading files
Requirements:
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
· Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to successfully meet clients' needs and expectations
· Ability to lift 30 pounds
· Requires ability to walk for extended periods of time and bend, lift, reach regularly
· Excellent organizational, interpersonal and time management skills and demonstrated attention to detail
· Must possess high-energy and exhibit professionalism
· Warm and accommodating personality
· 1-2 years of Customer Service is preferred
· Previous administrative, hospitality, and/or host experience preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
