RECOM is Hiring a Part-Time Accounts Payable Analyst Near Spokane, WA
Note: This will start off at 25-30 hours per week, with the potential for full-time employment in the future.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain the general AP email inbox. We receive hundreds of emails and have a system to color code the emails so the appropriate person on the team can review.
- Daily credit card postings
- Weekly ACH and wire payment postings for 4 subsidiaries
- Process vendor bill credits in the system on a weekly basis
- As needed, assist with 3-way AP matching
Qualifications:
- Expert in Microsoft Outlook and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience in accounts payable required, minimum 3 years
- Experience in NetSuite ERP system preferred
- High School level of education required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
