Recovery Resources is seeking a dynamic leader to be the Supervisor of Care Coordination/Case Management. In this role, you'll have a team of Case Managers and be responsible for all departmental functions including compliance and productivity monitoring, setting goals and targets, external and internal relations and staff performance in providing optimum program and service delivery. Qualifications

Minimum qualifications for the position include

• Bachelor's degree in social work/sciences
• Valid OH driver license with reliable persona transportation
• LSW or LPC
• minimum three years of experience in and demonstrated understanding of case management services
