Recruit Secure is Hiring a Recruiter Near Toms River, NJ
- Source appropriate candidates for a number of open positions assigned via Job boards, social networks, and internal database, etc.
- Pre-screen and interview possible candidates based on client/job requirements and submit for consideration
- Schedule all interviews, and provide close follow-up with candidates
- Negotiate salary, benefits
- Build relationships with clients and candidates for present and ongoing referrals
- Participate collaboratively with the Recruiting team
- Recruiting experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Good customer service or telesales background experience
- Any healthcare industry experience is highly preferred but not mandatory
- Self-directed, and highly motivated to complete tasks
- Outgoing, personable and team-oriented
- Pleasant phone manner/voice
- Good computer skills, familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Internet navigation, etc. a must
