Recruit Staff HR is Hiring a Plant Engineer Near Las Vegas, NV

We have a client in the State of Nevada who is seeking an experienced Plant Engineer. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
 Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency and quality.
 Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.
 Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment.
 Develop and maintain technical documentation such as schematics and manuals.
 Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
 Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
 Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential

 Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
 Proven experience in plant engineering or a similar role.
 Strong knowledge of robotics, CNC machines, and industrial automation systems.
 Proficient in CAD software such as SolidWorks for designing and modeling.
 Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
 Experience with root cause analysis techniques for troubleshooting production issues.
 Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional
teams.
 Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
